WELDING DINING CAR SERIES

The Welding Dining Car Series belongs to heavy-duty reinforced heavy-load food delivery and transfer trolley equipment, which is specially developed for high-frequency, high-load and long-term uninterrupted catering transportation work in large catering places.

The whole vehicle frame is made of thickened reinforced stainless steel pipes and formed by integral seamless welding process. All welding positions are finely polished and treated strictly, without missing welding, virtual welding, welding cracks and welding defects.

The whole frame is integrated with strong overall rigidity and excellent structural stability. Even after long-term frequent heavy-load use, repeated pushing and collision extrusion, the trolley body will not be deformed, loose, cracked or scattered, and the overall bearing performance and service life are far better than ordinary assembled trolleys.

The whole vehicle adopts seamless welding and sealing treatment, with few internal gaps and no sanitary dead corners. It is not easy to accumulate oil dirt, food residues and dirt, which is convenient for daily kitchen flushing, cleaning and regular sanitary disinfection and sterilization, fully complying with strict food safety supervision and kitchen hygiene management regulations.

The table top and all load-bearing layers are thickened and reinforced in structure, which can bear a large number of full pots of hot dishes, complete sets of heavy tableware, large-capacity lunch boxes and other heavy goods.

It is perfectly suitable for high-strength and high-load meal delivery and transportation working conditions in large factory canteens, school student canteens, large hotel banquet halls, chain large catering central kitchens and other large catering venues.

The bottom is equipped with industrial-grade thickened pressure-resistant wear-resistant casters, which are impact-resistant, compression-resistant and wear-resistant, not easy to damage and deform after long-term heavy-load rolling, adapting to complex kitchen ground environment such as uneven ground and oil-stained ground.

The braking device is firm and anti-slip to ensure stable parking. The whole trolley has strong corrosion resistance, impact resistance and collision resistance, long service life and no need for frequent maintenance and replacement.
